Its story traces back to Chef Seigo’s grandfather, a master sushi chef who ran a beloved neighborhood restaurant. From the days when his grandson could barely see over the counter, he was captivated by the precision and spirit behind every piece of nigiri.

The grandfather’s philosophy and quiet discipline continue to inspire 715 Sushi today — his presence lives on in every slice of fish and grain of rice, guiding the restaurant’s pursuit of balance, respect, and perfection.
